1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
A purchase or payment of any kind is not necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on September 14, 2025 and ends on September 21, 2025 at 12:00pm EST. 

5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the giveaway during the Giveaway Period:

The winner will receive one signed paperback copy of Powerful Literacy in the Montessori Classroom: Aligning Reading Research and Practice. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Selection: Five winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received using a random online generator on September 22, 2025.

  • Notification: The potential winner will be notified by direct message on LinkedIn or Substack within 2 days of the drawing.

  • Response Time: The potential winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

8. Conditions of Participation

  • Agreement to Rules: By entering, the participant agrees to be fully bound by these Official Rules.

  • Taxes: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

  • Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for their name, entry, and likeness to be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
